This was not my favorite book in the series, but I feel like it was necessary. It just could have been done better. There were so many sweet moments and things with the city. Some of the characters definitely regressed in this book, which is somewhat understandable because they just finished a WAR. I think this is a good reset book for whatever is going to happen in the next one. I loved the multiple POVs, but I wish we had gotten more of Az in this book!
