The only reason I'm putting this book down is because it wasn't what I was expecting. I had been anticipating a book that focused more on chickens and gardening, and I picked up a book that felt more like a memoir. I have very recently read [b:Wild: From Lost to Found on the Pacific Crest Trail|12262741|Wild From Lost to Found on the Pacific Crest Trail|Cheryl Strayed|https://d202m5krfqbpi5.cloudfront.net/books/1354159655s/12262741.jpg|17237712], which was very good, but has a similar voice to Bootstrapper. I need more variety than that.
In short, this is probably a fine read, but the timing is off for me to read it now.
