**Thank you NetGalley for sending me the ARC copy of this book in exchange for an honest review.** I hate to rate an ARC so low, especially a debut novel, but I truly had so many issues with this one. The FMC was insufferable honestly. I did appreciate that her family called her out often on her “down with the patriarchy” mindset, but it was exhausting. She was unhealed and toxic and it wasn’t cute. The definition of “someone hurt me and I’m gonna make it everyone’s problem.” The writing wasn’t bad and there were some really thoughtful quotes throughout! However, the EXCESSIVE use of f*** drove me absolutely insane. Like it was so frequent that it was distracting and annoying. Overall, this book was just not for me, and I honestly knew that after the very first line mentioned her VIBRATOR being dead 🫠
