Details
New York City mayor Mitchell Hundred thinks he's dealt with the ghosts of his super-heroic past, until an eco-terrorist kills a newspaper editor and blames The Great Machine for inciting the act. Then his archenemy, Pherson, seemingly returns with a plan to disrupt the December 2004 ball drop in Times Square.
