[SPOILER] ⭐⭐⭐/5 stars. I liked this book. It was good. Had humor, a great friendship between the triplets and Trinity, character development, and mental health rep. What I didn't like was the lack of a courting period. I just wished to see more romantic moments of Leo and Trinity and her friendship with Amelia and Elijah. Leo and Trin's relationship felt a bit rushed, it didn't felt like fast-paced more like it lacked the chemistry and tension build up between the characters that would make you feel goosebumps on your arms. I didn't feel that in this book, I'm sorry. But Leo's romantic gestures are made up of it. God, I would love to have my own Leo who would get me my Library and love me with everything he had. I understood completely he had issues and what did they stem from but what bothers me was his tendency of lying and keeping secrets from Trinity. I felt like hitting him for not telling her about who exactly they were 😒 Also toward the end, I felt the plot a bit jumbled like it wasn't very clear exactly what happened between Leo and his father. Did he make him back off or not? The dynamics of the Drakos family are still very unclear to me. I was looking forward to reading the epilogue that would seem like a happy ending. But the ending I read didn't make me feel like it. For some reason it made me feel unsettled. Are the standalone interconnected, author? 👀 I have many favorite scenes in this book too. - their first kiss. - Leo buys Trin her dream car, - him standing up against Trinity's mum. - buying her whole romantic section. - and they're all cute moments together. I loved Leo's inner monologues every time he was thinking about Trinity. The love he was carrying for her was so running so deep within him. Scratch that, the love they both have for them is really deep and strong. I loved Trinity's character development a lot. It showed how strong she grew over time and learned to reign over her fears. She took a stand for herself when needed. That girl is badass. I loved her for beating up Bethany!!! I liked that Trinity made the effort to go to Leo to reassure him and check up on him to make sure he wasn't panicking both times when she find out about the secrets he was keeping, especially the one about her father's. Despite being hurt so much, she went after him, and fought for their love and happily ever after. Lastly, I don't think there was any need to ruin Trinity's mum's character in the book. I liked her in the start and then all of a sudden she became completely someone else. While she went on the road of redemption later on in the book it didn't feel like their same old fun relationship. 🙁 I can't wait to read Elijah and Amelia's stories!! [/SPOILER]
