This lovely hardcover book, missing jacket, is one of a huge collection of interesting Christian books that belonged to one or all of a grandfather, father and son all of whom were California Presbyterian ministers clear back in to the 19th century, they are all long gone now but their well kept and well read books remain, each with a little or sometimes a lot of relevant writing in the margins and some underlining too.
