I wanted to like this more than I did. While the story is a delight if you’re into cozy mysteries with a charming twist, I just found myself getting bored with the sheep’s total misunderstanding of most things around them. (I understand that’s kind of the point, but I was over it by about 50% through the book.)
A sweet read if that’s your thing! The prose was consistent with the idea, and the story itself ends up being heartwarming (sort of?) and deals with actual issues, which I appreciated.
