Cassandra Joelle has easily become one of my favourite authors! Falling for the Hotshot is such a beautiful story of redemption, faith, and new beginnings. I loved watching the FMC and MMC learn to trust God and grow in their relationships with Him, even in the midst of difficult life circumstances I especially loved how faith was woven throughout the story and how it reminded me that even in the hardest seasons, God is still at work. Such a beautiful, heartfelt read!

I watched the Netflix series and loved it SO much, so when I saw Stealing Home at the library, I had to give it a try. I no longer have Netflix and was missing serenity The plot is actually pretty close to the show, which I definitely give it credit for! My biggest issue was the women themselves. They felt so much more catty and judgemental in the book, and Maddie was honestly insufferable at times. I just didn't love them quite as much as I did in the show But I'm a sucker for a sweet southern romance, so I still enjoyed being back in serenity. It was a cute read, even if I think I prefer the Netflix version

the sweetest little romcom 🥹🤍 this was such a cozy, feel-good read! i listened to it on audio and it honestly made the experience even better. there was just something about settling in and listening to this story unfold that made it extra special i also really loved the little faith elements woven throughout the story. this was my first Annah Conwell book, but definitely not my last!
