Happened across this book while scrolling Libby's Available Now and the synopsis caught my attention. This book started wrangling your emotions in the first chapter and never let up. The sections written from the 8yo sons POV were especially strong because a child experiencing what he had been thru is heartbreaking. The strength the characters had though is inspiring.
