Soooo this was a good book, well written and I see why people like it and recommend it. I did enjoy it... to a point.
My lower rating and where I stopped enjoying it comes in how stereotypical it all felt. While realistic at many points it just felt like the author pulled on every stereotype she could. While there is a reason those stereotypes exist it felt like banging my head into a doorway everyday and not bothering to learn I can walk thru that doorway without banging my head on it.
Also the stereotypical feel made me feel like I'd already read this before.
Otherwise I really enjoyed the way it was written from Demon's POV and how he felt going thru it all. Well worth a read if if you grew up in the suburbs and want a different viewpoint
