I was so excited for this book as I love books that draw inspiration from classics like Taming of the Shrew, Addams family and Mary Shelley; and boyyyy did this book live up to my expectations. It's a bit longer but it is written so perfectly.
I absolutely love Sebastion and Dahlia's relationship. How they learn to communicate, care for each other and make each other better. Sebastion is so possessive and cares for Dahlia so much even before she knew he'd been watching her for 5 years. Dahlia in turn takes no shit and shows Sebastion that everyone is deserving of kindness.
I will most definitely be rereading this and buying a physical copy as I just loved the story Lizzie told us.
