This is a perfect read for fans of NCIS, Criminal Minds, or Law & Order. It very much has the feel of a true crime tv show and I really enjoyed that.
I also think the author did a good job balancing the evil people hide behind religion while there are also good people who believe in God.
My one critique is that the single sex scene felt kinda outta place? Like, it didn't really add anything to the book and felt kinda thrown in there. I also don't read many books with spice anymore so that may just be a me issue. I still really enjoyed this.
