So I don't know as if I would classify this as a romance... spoiler but it doesn't end with the main couple living happily ever after together. Yes, they are still sleeping together and yes, they are happy but she's still married to someone else. I know this is more meant for backstory into Gigi from Haunting Adeline but I kinda hate that its labeled a romance and we don't have confirmation of a complete Happily Ever After at the end. Honestly that's most of the reason I'm rating this so low. If I decide to read a romance I want that full HEA and not the promise that they'll eventually get one. John still being married to Gigi kinda stops that HEA.
Otherwise good book and I enjoyed seeing Gigi's personality shine thru from more than just the journal entries in HA.
