I have seen this book everywhere and I finally read it! Let me start with I really did enjoy this... but I think King of Ashes is still my favorite Cosby novel so far.
This was such a gritty crime thriller that had me waiting for next sentence in hopes everything would work out in the end. Ike and Buddy are both such strong characters and watching them figure out who killed their sons and taking care of business was kinda stressful but definitely a journey I enjoyed.
