Berry writes a deep novel that really gets you thinking. I actually finished this a few days ago but only just decided to write my review because I'm still processing. Everyone knows that if their kids were SA'd they would help and support them in whatever way they needed, but what happens when your child that you love is the perpetrator? I saw several people review this saying it okays child SA but imo it doesn't. Its instead about a mothers journey on how to balance her love for her son with the horror of what he did and who he is. I didn't care for the how this ended but I can see how as a mother Adrianne came to the decision to help him. I both recommend this but warn anyone who reads it that it deals with heavy topics.
