Listen, if you love Dungeons and Dragons then you'll love this... if you don't then you'll still love this it'll just take you a minute to understand the world-building.
Both stories in this book are absolutely delicious. I loved Willamina and Boone's fierce relationship. The way Boone supports and takes care of his firecracker of a woman without stepping on her toes is perfection.
I also loved Beatrix and Welborn. Welborn is so dedicated to the badass that is Beatrix, and is more than willing to let her take charge of him... especially in the bedroom.
