Violet veins was in one word magical. I thoroughly enjoyed every minute.
When Lyla, head of the scrolls department, has to go to attend the wedding of the man she loved she decides to let loose a little and have a one night stand... with a vampire... who it turns out the next morning is also her employee.
This book is the perfect curl up on your couch with a cozy blanket and cup of hot tea to read in one afternoon. It's got a nice balance of spice (with some very hawt 🥵 scenes) sprinkled in to a story of a young woman trying to figure out her love life.
